Blue Jasmine Floral

Paulina Nieliwocki started her journey in flowers while she was a high school language teacher. Falling in love with flowers as a medium, Paulina left teaching foreign language and opened Blue Jasmine in 2014. Her mission is to provide and teach flowers that are wild, whimsical, artful, and refined.

As a designer Paulina loves dainty accents, color, texture, and each stems’ unique shape. Highlighting the nuances of nature inspires and allows designs to tell a unique story, communicate a specific tone, and elicit a feeling. She truly feels it’s a privilege to be a part of clients’ celebrations, flower lovers’ journeys, and to have met amazing and talented friends along the way!

Teaching Style

Paulina focuses on using a step-by-step methodology as a guiding principle to establish simple foundational concepts. These concepts act as scaffolding, allowing designers to create a sound base that they can build on. This strong base can then take the stress out of designing and lead to the flow of creativity that makes each design unique; communicating the voice of the designer.

Design Aesthetic

Harmonious yet colorful palettes within open and free-form shapes are central to the aesthetic of Blue Jasmine designs. Paulina uses the unique shapes of flowers as a guide; paying special attention to dainty accents and texture so as to communicate a wild, yet refined look.
