Our primary mission is to provide a highly curated collection of resources our members can trust while helping them find outstanding educational opportunities, products, and services to help them learn and grow. Our service oriented business is driven by our mantra: Flowering with Purpose. A percentage of our net profits are used to support our local community and other causes we believe in.

About Bloom Trust Co.

Bloom Trust Co. officially launched in 2020 and provides a curated collection of resources to the floral community saving them time and providing recommendations they can trust. We believe that Bloom Trust Co. can be a useful resource for anyone in the floral industry. However, we have designed and curated the site to be especially useful to new and aspiring designers as well as business owners, freelancers, floral students, and those who are in the early years of owning a floral business.  Additionally, we are committed to making resources available to underserved communities who have found access to the floral profession difficult in the past.

The founders and owners of Bloom Trust Co. are Amy and Joel McGee. Many people know Amy from her years of experience in the floral industry and particularly her role as founder and owner of Botanical Brouhaha. We are honored to have a Bloom Trust Co. Advisory Board to provide guidance in helping us better meet the needs of our members.

FAQ

If you click on the “My Account” link at the top of each page in the member area, you will be taken to your Profile page. Under the My Account section on the left side of the page, click on “Edit Profile” and you will be able to change the name or email address associated with your account.

We only use your personal information to communicate directly with you about your membership and to contact you occasionally about the site. We will never sell or give away our membership list or email addresses to any outside group. We occasionally send out updates about the site to our members and we may contact you directly if there is an issue with your account and we need to get in touch with you, but we try to limit these emails. We want you to be happy when you see an email from the Bloom Trust Co. team!

Although we hope you’ll stay, you can absolutely cancel and we try to make the process simple and straightforward. Just click on the My Account link at the top of any page inside the site. Under My Memberships, you can see your current membership information and there is a Cancel link right there. If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle, you’ll retain access until that billing cycle is over.

There are several ways to find content and we try to make it very intuitive and straightforward. Once you’re logged in to your account, using the Explore tab, you can go to any one of the three areas (Education, Resources, or Products). Once you enter the area of your choice, you can use category filters or tags to find what you need. Searching the video library is especially simple by using the search bar to find content by keywords.

No. Currently there is no community area on the site, so other users won’t see any of your information.

The easiest way is to click on the “Need Help?” tab located on the right side of most pages on the site. There is a simple email link where you can send us your question or suggestion. If you have a technical issue, be sure to tell us that in the subject line and provide us with as many details as you can inside the email so we’ll know it’s urgent. We are committed to responding to all inquiries within 24 hours, but most of the time the response time is much quicker. If you don’t see that button, just send us an email at hello@bloomtrustco.com and one of our team will respond within 24 hours.

Be sure to click on the My Account tab at the top of each page. In some cases, you might find what you need there. If not, use the “Need Help?” tab and send us your question.

If you have forgotten your password, there is a “lost your password” button on the login screen you can use to reset your password. You can also click on the My Account tab at the top of the page. Scroll down past your current membership information and you’ll see your user name and email and a link to change your password there.

Nope. Bloom Trust Co. membership is billed monthly or annually. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, you’ll retain access until that billing cycle is over.

Community Assistance

Bloom Trust Co. and Botanical Brouhaha continues to support our local community. Through direct monetary donations, profits from the sale of our No Rain No Flowers merchandise, and proceeds from our workshop series, Botanical Brouhaha has provided over $79,000 in community support since 2015.
