About Kim
Kim is a destination photographer currently based on the East Coast and specializing in working with female creative entrepreneurs to grow their businesses through branding photography, headshots, and product campaign shoots. For the last almost 10 years she has been photographing intimate weddings, floral workshops, and editorials across the country and internationally. She has had the pleasure of working with and photographing some of the top florists in the industry for their own personal branding, workshops (both domestic and abroad), as well as mentorships! She describes herself as a flower child at heart; being able to marry that passion for nature and beauty with photography in a way that benefits others is truly a gift! Kim has always been a teacher in some form or fashion throughout my life and is excited to have the opportunity to share my knowledge of photography with an industry of floral creatives.
Teaching Style
Kim describes her teaching style as clear, concise, and easily approachable. With her online courses she likes to make sure that they are full of descriptions, diagrams, and real life examples. In her 1:1 mentorships she strives to have good communication to make sure that the time together is tailored to the goal of furthering each person’s specific business and vision!
Design Aesthetic
Kim strives to achieve bold, true to life colors in her imagery – especially when photographing florals! She knows how intentional each color and each placement is and always wants to honor that with her photos.
